Return Policy
Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Gmark Store.
All products are sold "as is". You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no return and refunds will be issued.
Any refund case will be checked, validated and accepted based on final approval received from actual brands sold by us.
Final Refund is as per discretion of our management internal policies and guidelines.
Any duplicate payments will be refunded as per bank policy and validation.
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method
